Blacktop Overlay/wedging. -prairie Grove Road and West Blue Mounds Road 1. Bid Proposals Shall Be Based on Lump Sum Bid Information but Shall Include Standard Prices as Indicated in This Document. Standard Quantities Shall Be Used as the Basis for the Total Contract if Additions or Reductions Are Made to This Project. 2. The Town of Brigham Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids or Remove Portions of This Project for Budgeting or Other Purposes That Are in the Financial or Other Best Interest of the Town. 3. Conditions and Completion of Work: All Designated Work Must Be Completed Work Should Be Completed by October 30, 2025. 4. Paving Contractor: Contractor to Perform Blacktop Overlay. Project Includes 1.5 Inch Starting at Bridge Going Out 150ft to The Scratch Coat for West Blue Mounds Road and Xx for Prairie Grove Road. Town of Brigham Will Be Responsible for Shouldering. Contractor is Responsible for Traffic Control and Signage. Contractor Needs to Be Careful About Road Damage and Needs to Make Sure All Trenches Meet Osha Standards. Bid Price Should Include All Charges for Removal and Installation of 5 Culverts, Some With Aprons, and All Equipment, Erosion Control Measures, Manpower, and Seeding on Completion of Excavation.
