The Lake Ozark-Osage Beach Joint Sewer Board is soliciting responses from qualified firms or individuals to provide Management Operations and Maintenance Services for our wastewater treatment plant. The detailed scope of services will be negotiated with the selected firm. The scope of service shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the items listed in Exhibit A. The Board intends to award a contract with a minimum term of three years, with multiple one year extensions available, not to exceed a total term of six years. The Board will conduct an annual performance evaluation on the selected firm. Question Deadline 07/02/2025 at 2:00 PM CT All questions related to this RFQ shall be submitted to Lake Ozark Public Works Director Matt Michalik at pwd@cityoflakeozark.net. The selection of the professional management, operations and maintenance firm will be made based on the following general criteria: Experience and Technical Competence - 25 Points Maximum Capacity and Capability - 25 Points Maximum Past Record of Performance - 25 Points Maximum Price shall not be a factor in determining the best proposal. The Joint Sewer Board or their designated representative(s) shall negotiate this contract based on predetermined criteria as outlined above. A detailed project approach and scope of services will be negotiated with the selected firm. At this time, it is anticipated that the selection will be based on the written RFQ statements only. The Joint Sewer Board, however, reserves the right to interview firms, if desired, to finalize the selection. The Joint Sewer Board reserves the right to approve or reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality.
