Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Ozark, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of December 12th, 2025, the project was awarded to Hardrives Excavation, LLC, but the awarded amount is not available.** The scope of the projects will be as follows: Demolition of the existing 12 X 37 concrete boat ramp. (measurements are approximate). Removal, and proper disposal of demolished concrete off site. Any necessary site preparation for the new boat ramp to be installed. Construction and placement of a new 8 thick, 16 wide by 50' long concrete boat ramp with steel reinforcement on 18 centers. Ramp to be installed in a manner sufficient to allow launching and landing of personal watercraft. Site clean-up after project completion. Bidders shall provide a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted and if selected. The successful bidder shall provide a copy of General Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance and a performance bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the total project cost within 5 days of Notice of Award and shall commence work within 15 days of written Notice to Proceed. The city reserves the right to require the successful bidder to file proof of his ability to properly execute the project and completion of similar projects.
