The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com .1 Demonstrate scheduled operation and maintenance of equipment and systems to Owner's personnel two weeks prior to date of substantial performance. .2 Owner will provide list of personnel to receive instructions and will co-ordinate their attendance at agreed-upon times.
