The City of Doral is soliciting Bids from a qualified General Contractor to construct trail lighting improvements. Through the ITB process described herein, qualified Contractors interested in providing such services to the City must prepare and submit a bid packet in accordance with the procedure and schedule of this ITB. The City intends to award a contract in substantially the form attached as Exhibit B for the Trail Lighting Improvements for the Turnpike, Dressel's, and Beacon Trails 117th Ave from NW 25th to NW 58th Street (Turnpike Trail), NW 58th St from NW 117th Ave to NW 114th Ave (Dressel's Dairy Train) and NW 25th St from East of 117th Ave to West of NW 107th Ave (Beacon Trail) to the responsive and responsible Contractor that possesses qualified manpower, equipment, administrative capabilities, applicable experience, and provides the best price proposal to the City.
