The Owner's Prime Contractor will provide equipment installation and conduct and coordinate equipment testing and start-up. The Project, of which the Goods and Special Services are a part, is generally described as follows: The construction, commissioning, and warranty phase of the Machado Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade, which includes: new influent lift station, headworks, flow equalization, a 0.325 million gallon per day average daily flow Membrane Bio-Reactor package facility, UV disinfection, recycled water effluent pumping station, biosolids dewatering, new office and laboratory facilities, new maintenance and equipment storage facilities, new and upgrade / modernization of electrical and controls facilities, new back-up power generation, and new groundwater monitoring wells.
