Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Driggs, Idaho. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of October 16, 2025, an engineer has been selected for the project. Bidding is estimated to take place in February-March of 2026 and construction is estimated to take place in June of 2026. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Driggs, Idaho is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms or teams of firms licensed in the State of Idaho for professional services related to the design and provision of construction phase services for the proposed Local Improvement District 2025-1 - S 5th Street & Johnson Avenue Improvements.The local improvement district project proposes reconstruction of approximately one mile of roadway, including concrete curbing, street lights and drainage improvements, and the addition of approximately 0.7 miles of asphalt pathway and one quarter mile of concrete sidewalk in the S 5th Street and Johnson Avenue rights of way. Design of the project is expected to occur between August 1, 2025 and January 15, 2026. Project construction is expected to occur between May 1, 2026 and October 15, 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
