Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Driggs, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Furnish labor, materials, transportation and construction of an equipment storage building for Teton County and Teton Valley Trails and Pathways. The project consists of construction and site improvement of a new 5,000 sft equipment storage building for storage of grooming equipment for local non-profit, Teton Valley Trails and Pathways. The project includes design, furnishing and erection of preengineered metal building as identified in Contract Documents. Requirements: Each bidder is required to provide a bid bond equal to 5% of the amount bid, a public works contractor's license for the State of Idaho and comply with all fair labor practices and all applicable statues of the State of Idaho The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and accept any bids which it deems advantageous.
