Teton School District No. 401 (TSD) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide mowing and lawn maintenance services for district properties. Successful annual performance reviews are required to ensure continuation of the agreement for the full three years. 2. EVALUATION CRITERIA Proposals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following factors: o Price and overall value o Technical compliance with the scope of work o Completeness and accuracy of the proposal o Contractor's experience, equipment, and reputation. Selection will be made based on the proposal that provides the best overall combination of service, equipment, billing, and price. Contractors must use the Bid Submission Form. EVALUATION CRITERIA AND SCORING Each proposal will be evaluated and scored by the selection committee using the following weighted criteria. The total possible score is 100 points. All questions and site reviews should be directed to Mr. Kunz. Anticipated service period: May 1 - October 15 (exact dates determined by the Maintenance Supervisor). A. Mowing and Trimming o Mow once per week per site (estimate total cost for all locations). o Mowing near school buildings must occur before 8:00 AM or after 4:00 PM when school is in session. o Athletic fields may be mowed during school hours as long as it does not interrupt classes. o Remove trash and debris during each service visit. o Typical schedule: weekly mowing in June-August; every other week in September. B. Additional Services (Priced Separately) o Fence Line Trimming: Requires prior district approval. Provide cost per linear foot. o Fertilizer Application: Requires prior district approval. Provide cost per acre. o Weed Control/Spraying: As directed by district staff. Provide cost per acre. 7. TSD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive minor irregularities, and to accept the proposal that best meets the criteria listed herein.
