Site work for a water / sewer project in Driggs, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Project involves minor grading improvements of the existing spring gallery, disconnection and abandonment of the "old gallery," and the addition of a new gallery. The new gallery will include excavation, a concrete cut-off wall, 12" PVC pipe, French drain, lining, a 12" overflow pipe, and backfill including wash rock and imported fill. The project also includes a bid alternate for extending the new gallery by approximately 145 feet. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract on a lump sum basis. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must have a Public Works Contractors license in the State of Idaho prior to bid opening and meet prevailing wage requirements. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
