Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marianna, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
City of Marianna (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:Marianna Potable Water Restoration %3F Phase 2 - US 90 Water Line Improvements Hall St. to RussSt. The Project includes the following Work:Construction of approximately 8,400 LF of 12" potable water main, 563 LF of 10" PVC WM, 928 LF of 8" PVC WM, 141 LF of 6" PVC WM, 3,025 LF of 4" FPVC WM installed via 7 directional bores,397 LF of 20" steel casing installed via 4 jack & bores under US 90, 386 LF of 18" steel casing installed via 5 jack & bores under US 90, 24 fire hydrants, 4,081 SY asphalt cut & patch, 2,443 SY concrete sidewalk and 63 concrete driveway repairs. The purpose of the project is to replace and upgrade failing 6" to 12" water lines located within the US 90/Lafayette St. right-of-way. Small business and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals, and firms using such subcontractors are strongly encouraged to solicit such firms in the subcontracting process. Any Contracts/subcontracts issued under this procurement must comply with the necessary affirmative steps to assure that minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are used when possible,in accordance with 2 CFR 200.321.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
