Howard College reserves the right to reject any and all responses You are invited to submit a stipulated sum proposal on the attached forms for furnishing of all labor, materials, services and equipment necessary for and incidental to the Project as called for on the Drawings and in the Project Manual. B. Proposers may submit a proposal for the Project either individually or combined as indicated on the Proposal Form. C. A contract will be awarded based on the proposal offering the best value to the Owner for the project Proposals shall be made on a stipulated sum basis on the attached forms for furnishing of all labor, materials, services and equipment necessary for and incidental to the Project as called for on the Drawings and in the Project Manual. B. Owner will be utilizing the competitive sealed proposal procurement method as authorized by Texas Government Code, Chapter 2267.001 - .059, and Subchapter D. The selection criteria used to evaluate each proposer's proposal is stipulated in Document 00200 - Instructions to Proposers. C. The budget for this project is approximately $1,200,000.00.
