The England Economic and Industrial Development District (England Authority) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced Aviation Design firms. We're looking for engineering services to design crucial infrastructure improvements at the Alexandria International Airport, located within the England Industrial Airpark & Community. This project involves comprehensive engineering services, from investigation and evaluation to design, bid/construction document preparation, and construction phase services, including on-site inspection. Anticipated projects include: o Design of Water System Improvements o Drainage Rehabilitation o Road Improvements o Fencing Replacement The England Authority has a proven track record of successful redevelopment of the former England Air Force Base. The England Authority has set a 10% DBE participation goal, and we welcome your help in achieving it. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
