Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lincoln Park, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This Bid Package will consist of separate sealed Bids for the following Bid Divisions: BD 101: Earthwork & Site Utilities BD 102: Asphalt Paving & Site Concrete BD 103: Demolition BD 104: Concrete Footings & Foundations BD 105: Building Slab Concrete BD 105A: Post-Tension Concrete BD 106: Masonry BD 107: Steel BD 108: Carpentry & General Trades BD 109: Roofing BD 114: FRP Doors, Aluminum Glass, & Glazing BD 116: Hard Tile BD 118: Flooring BD 120: Painting BD 122: Signage BD 125: Toilet Partitions & Restroom Accessories BD 131 : Athletic Equipment BD 137 : Food Service Equipment BD 140 : Plumbing BD 142 : HVAC BD 143 : Electrical BD 148 : Landscaping BD 149 Fencing BD 169 : Tennis Court Surfacing All Bids must include the following sworn and notarized statements: . Familial Disclosure Affidavit (Section 004205) . Iran Linked Business Affidavit (Section 004210) . Criminal Background Check Affidavit (Section 004220) The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements. Bids shall be submitted electronically into online Bid security by a quality surety in the form of a Bid bond, cashier check, or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid, payable to Lincoln Park Public School District, as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the School District is secured from loss or damage by reason of the withdrawal of the Bid or the failure of the Bidder to enter into a Contract for performance. All cashier's checks must be scanned and submitted electronically through online by the Due Date and be delivered to Lincoln Park Public School District Administration Office at 1650 Champaign Road Lincoln Park, MI 48146 to the attention of Mathew Miller, within 48 hours of the Due Date. The School District will not consider a Bid that does not include a Bid security. Further, the Bidder will execute the Contract, provide the required insurance certificate(s) and file the required bonds within ten (10) days after notice of award of Contract but prior to Work commencing. If awarded a Contract, the successful Bidder may be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract price. Lincoln Park Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities and irregularities therein, or to award the Contract to other than the Bidder (s) submitting the best financial Bid (low Bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion.
