Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Victorville, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
BP 1- General Construction Project Overview: Erickson-Hall is serving as CONSTRUCTION MANAGER for the Pre-K & Relocatable Classroom Bldgs - Hollyvale ES project for Hesperia Unified School District to be delivered CM Single-Prime. Project includes new 72 x 40 modular classroom building that will be placed on a concrete foundation, along with site utilities. Project also includes new relocatable classroom buildings on wood foundations by Silver Creek Modular. There will be pad preparation, existing restroom upgrades, utilities, as well as site improvements which include replacing paving in the path of travel and fencing by Bid Package Contractor. Prequalification of Bidders: Bids will not be accepted if a Contractor has not been prequalified where prequalification is required. If this project includes work that will be performed by mechanical, electrical, or plumbing ("MEP") subcontractors (contractors that hold C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 licenses), such MEP subcontractors must also be prequalified.
