Project title Two Story Instructional Building. The RFQ process is designed to select a pool of 3 to 5 qualified Professional Architectural firms for interviews and presentations. From this, one firm will be selected by the RFQ Committee to negotiate and enter into an agreement with the District for Architectural services.
