The project involves replacing existing pole-mounted area lights with new poles, fixtures, and bases at WOW Park. Where suitable, existing bases may be reused. New Lithonia DSX0 fixtures will be mounted to 15' black aluminum poles. Electrical work includes providing new 20A 277V circuits from the existing panelboard in the Ice Park Maintenance Building and sizing circuits for load and voltage drop. Lighting calculations and layout will be provided by the lighting representative. Controls for the east side of the Water Treatment Plant will integrate with the existing control panel, while the north side will operate via a new T101 time clock. The scope includes base pricing for replacement and new fixtures, with separate breakout pricing for four alternate lighting areas.
