This project includes the complete replacement to the roof of the sludge collection building in the Sugarcreek Waste Water Treatment Plant. The existing roof has stress cracking as well as joints which have become unsealed. The metal roof decking is not observed to have rusting and shall be retained. The project is located in the Sugarcreek Township, Greene County, Ohio. Event Bid Description: Instructions to Bidders, Specification Section 00100 or if submitted via hard copy the Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "Sugarcreek Sludge Roof Replacement, Project No. 2403SA" and must have full name and address of the Bidder on the envelope. The Board of County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County.
