Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Benton City, Washington. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of October 16, 2025, this project is pending final design approval from the Washington State Department of Transportation. Construction is expected to begin Spring 2026. Project includes up to 5 pedestrian crossings with solar powered Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons, concrete landings, ADA warning patterns and thermoplastic crosswalks. All questions should be directed to the Public Works Director, Nathan Radach, at (509) 588-3322. Bid Security: A certified or bank cashiers check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to the City of Benton City, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept any bid, or to waive minor informalities.
