The Shea Boulevard Widening Project between Palisades Boulevard and Fountain Hills Boulevard involves expanding the south side of Shea Boulevard to accommodate an additional eastbound lane. The project will generally include earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, drainage improvements, erosion protection (which may include retaining walls), pavement striping, signage, landscaping, and other necessary incidental work. Work shall be constructed in accordance with MAG & ADOT Details and Specifications. This project is part of the Arterial Life Cycle Program (ALCP) maintained by the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) and is partially funded by the Proposition 400 program. Bid Bond. All Vendors desiring to prepare a responsive Bid shall submit a non-revocable bid security payable to the Town in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Bid Price. Performance Bond. The Contractor shall be required to furnish non-revocable security binding the Contractor to provide faithful performance of this Contract in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract Price payable to the Town. Payment Bond. The Contractor shall be required to furnish non-revocable security for the protection of all persons supplying labor and material to the Contractor or any Subcontractor for the performance of any Work related to this Contract. Payment security shall be in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract Price and be payable to the Town. Question Deadline 10/16/2025 at 5:00 PM MT.
