The Town of Fairfax Public Works Department will be accepting bids for the purchase and delivery of approximately 4000 yards of winter sand. All winter sand must be delivered to the Fairfax Highway facility at 317 Fletcher Rd, Fairfax, VT 05454 by no later than October 14th, 2025, the estimated quantity is only an estimate; actual amount will vary based on a number of factors. The Town of Fairfax requests a sample of the product prior to awarding the proposal and are encouraged to reach our Highway Department Supervisor Gerald Dubois, at 849-6377. Proposals will include a price per yard for material only and price per yard delivered. You will be notified of the results at a later date and the winning bidder will have sufficient time for delivery The Town of Fairfax reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid that best fills the needs of the Town of Fairfax Public Works Department.
