Carroll Hill Road Roadside Tree Clearing Project The Town of Fairfax is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to perform roadside tree clearing and overhead hazard tree removal along both sides of Carroll Hill Road from Rugg Rd to Buck Hollow Rd. Scope of Work: - Clear trees and brush along both sides of the roadway. - Remove dead, dying, leaning, or hazardous trees in the right of way (ROW). - Remove overhanging limbs. - Remove all debris from site. The Town of Fairfax reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to select the proposal that is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. The award of this contract shall not be based solely on the lowest bid.
