Removal of (1) White Birch Tree (dead) at intersection of Sam Webb RD and Apple Tree RD. Removal of (4) Pine Trees inside of security fence of the water treatment bldg. that poses a fall risk to the town's water storage tanks. Removal of (1) Pine Tree outside of security fence of the water treatment bldg. that poses a fall risk to the town's water building. Work under this project shall be completed no later than November 1, 2025. All trees will be marked with green paint later than September 5, 2025. Bids should include all costs associated with removal of identified trees, clean up/removal of all debris, and as appropriate, stump removal/clean up. The Town of Fairfax reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City, regardless of price.
