Scope to Include erosion control, grading, utility relocation of sanitary, water and storm, concrete curb-gutter and sidewalk, and paving with all necessary traffic control. Buffalo Ridge Metropolitan District reserves the right to reject any or all bid or proposal responses and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bid or proposal responses received, and to accept any portion of the bid or proposal response that is deemed to be in the best interest of Buffalo Ridge Metropolitan District. No oral interpretation of the plans, specifications or other Contract Documents will be made to any Bidder. Any person contemplating submitting a Bid for the Work who is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans, specifications or other Contract Documents, or who finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Specifications, may submit to the ENGINEER a request for an interpretation or correction.
