The intent ofthis Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan is to minimize any water quality impacts, in the form ofsediment pollution, to the adjoining property. The construction activities anticipated on the project site will include paving and water improvements. This Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan will be implemented to a) Abate erosion as soon as possible after disturbance. b) Prevent sediment from leaving the construction area. c) Establish permanent vegetation on all unpaved areas disturbed by construction. The site is located in the Topeka, Kansas, NE 1/4 of Section 04, Township 12 South, Range 16 East (See attached USGS Area Map). The attachments illustrate the permanent improvements proposed. The 6th Ave. and Golden Ave. intersection will be reconstructed and the bridge over Deer Creek will be repaired as part of the project.
