The City of Covington (City) is seeking services from qualified consultants in the areas of engineering, planning, permitting, for natural gas, plan review and management. The goal of this RFQ is to develop an agreement with one (1) or more consulting firm to fill specific needs in project design services, construction services, plan review, and project management, for the natural gas department. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received. coverage for personal and bodily injury, including death, and property damage in the amount of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and not less than $2,000,000 in the aggregate.Automobile Liability Insurance: for bodily injury, including death, and property damage for all owned, hired and non-owned automobiles in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence. On-Call Consulting Services: Respondents should possess and demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of firm / key team member experience in the natural gas arena for municipal, public or private agencies. Engineering Respondent's key team members, including the Project Manager and Project Engineer(s), should be licensed Professional Engineers in the State of Georgia. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
