Well 25 & 26 Equipment and Site Upgrades City of Avondale Invitation for Bids PW 25-100 Well 25 & 26 Equipment and Site Upgrades Notice is hereby given that the City of Avondale is accepting sealed bids electronically to secure a qualified Vendor(s) to provide the City with Well 25 & 26 Equipment and Site Upgrades (the "Services") as more particularly described in the solicitation. The City of Avondale will endeavor to ensure every way possible that disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE) shall have every opportunity to participate in providing materials/services without being discriminated against on grounds of race, religion, sex, age, or natural origin. Question Deadline 08/05/2025 at 5:00 PM MT All questions must be in writing and submitted through online Site Location: Well 25 is located at 12405 W. Van Buren Street in Avondale , Arizona. Well 26 is located at 1186 N 127th Avenue in Avondale, Arizona, one half mile north of Well 25. Well 26 will have first priority for construction. The Work included in this Project consists of the construction of new well operating equipment and appurtenant site improvements. The work includes upgrades to existing well controls, well motor and pump installation, new electrical controls and back-up generator, construction of well discharge piping to connect to the well transmission line, site grading improvements, and site perimeter wall construction. . The City is issuing this IFB to secure a qualified and licensed Class A Contractor to perform the Work and provide Materials as more particularly described in the Specifications attached to this IFB, and incorporated herein by reference. Bidders must submit Bids encompassing the entire Project, inclusive of the related Plans, Specifications, related construction drawings and Reference Documents.
