The City of Avondale is seeking Quotes for the supply and delivery of Concrete Materials, Sand and Decorative Rock in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained in this Request for Quotations ("RFQ"). Materials will be provided on an as-needed basis for a 12-month contract period, with all quoted prices remaining firm for the duration of the contract. The City of Avondale is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver construction and landscaping materials on an as-needed basis. Materials will be used for municipal infrastructure, flood mitigation, and landscaping purposes. Scope of Work Materials Required: Concrete Mix 3/8 concrete/aggregate mix (aggregate used for mixing and making pourable concrete material) Ready-mix loads shall be available for pick-up or delivery Sand Clean, dry sand suitable for filling sandbags. Free from organic material, debris, or excessive silt. Available for pick-up or to be delivered in bulk loads. Road/Subbase Material Graded aggregate base (ABC) Material shall be suitable for compacting and stabilizing roadbeds, parking lots, and other municipal infrastructure. Decorative Rock Basic landscape rock color (e.g., natural brown/earth tone mix) Washed and free of excess debris. Dimensions of various sizes: ex. 1/4" minus, 3/4", 1/2", rip-rap rock Question Deadline 09/09/2025 at 4:00 PM MT Award will be made on an individual or overall lowest price basis, whichever is most advantageous to the City of Avondale. The resulting Contract shall be effective from the date it is fully executed by the City and remain in full force and effect for one year thereafter (the "Term"), unless terminated as otherwise provided herein.
