Project awarded to Marez Enterprises dba Marez Pool Service Scope of Work Service requirements The contractor shall perform the following tasks during weekly service visits: Remove debris, leaves, and surface materials. Vacuum all fountain floors and walls to maintain cleanliness and prevent buildup. Remove and clean all pump baskets to ensure proper water circulation. Perform backwashing of filtration systems as needed to maintain water clarity and equipment functionality. Visually inspect pumps, filters, and the fountain condition and report any issues to the City. Chemicals The City shall be responsible for providing all the required chemicals. The Contractor shall notify the City when chemical supplies are low or additional treatment is required. Reporting After each service visit, the Contractor shall complete a log entry documenting the following: Chlorine level reading pH reading Alkalinity reading Type and amount of chemical added (if any) Contractor shall also note the date, time of service, and initials of the technician performing the work. The report shall remain accessible for City staff review at any time.
