Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Avondale, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work included in this Project consists of removal of the existing pedestrian light poles, mounted receptacles, wiring, and modifications to the existing electrical service cabinet; installation of new pedestrian poles, wiring (conductors, sized per plans, including splices and terminations for a complete system), removal of receptacles on trees and at grade, pole numbering, GFCI receptacles on the pedestrian light poles. Please refer to drawing construction notes too . The City is issuing this IFB to secure a qualified General Licensed Contractor to perform the Work and provide Materials as more particularly described in the Specifications attached to this IFB, and incorporated herein by reference. Bidders must submit Bids encompassing the entire Project, inclusive of the related Plans, Specifications, related construction drawings and Reference Documents. Failure to do so may result in a determination that the Bid is non-responsive. Final Date for Inquiries : August 14, 2025, 5:00pm
