Wray Community District Hospital (WCDH) is seeking Proposals from construction management firms WCDH seeks to evaluate construction management firms that have proven experience working on occupied hospital and addition projects. The submittal deadline may be extended by WCDH, at its sole discretion. If extended, all responding parties will be notified in writing and will have an opportunity to re-submit their proposal, with any additional or updated materials, within the extended time period. WCDH reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in these procedures, and to award the construction management in a manner best serving the interest of WCDH. Respondents should submit Letters of Intent for the project no later than 5:00 pm local time on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025.
