SCOPE OF WORK It is the intent of Pittsburgh Water to establish a contract to locate and identify Pittsburgh Water's underground facilities when notified by the Pennsylvania One Call Center. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, and appurtenances necessary in order to complete the scope of work required. Pittsburgh Water is requesting bid submissions for a contract to locate and identify Pittsburgh Water's underground facilities when notified by the Pennsylvania One Call Center. The full Scope of Work is attached to this Invitation for Bids. This IFB will be administered by Janice Abate, Procurement Specialist Questions Due Date: Jul 23rd 2025, 4:00 PM EDT. PRE-BID MEETING: No pre-bid meeting will be held for this Invitation for Bids. All questions pertaining to this IFB prior to selection shall be submitted via online Procurement Portal. BID WITHDRAWAL All bids shall remain firm and may not be withdrawn for 60 calendar days from the bid due date. This period may be extended, in writing, at the request of Pittsburgh Water. Any Vendor may withdraw its proposal at any time before due date for submission of proposals as provided in this IFB by delivering a written request for withdrawal signed by or on behalf of the Vendor to the IFB administrator. REJECTION OF BIDS Pittsburgh Water reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it deems it to be in the interest of Pittsburgh Water to do so. When prices bid on various items are unreasonably high or low so as to unbalance the bid, the Director may, within his discretion, recommend that Pittsburgh Water reject it. The bid may also be rejected if it contains omissions, alterations, additions not called for, or irregularities of any kind.
