Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of October 17, 2025, the project has not yet awarded. It is anticipated to be awarded on October 24, 2025. The Work of this Project includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and incidentals for the installation of all ballasted and direct fixation trackwork from Alfred Street through Raleigh Avenue, including special trackwork, restraining rail installation, plinth modification to accommodate restraining rail plates and the grade crossing at Raleigh Ave. Improvements at Raleigh Avenue grade crossing include new sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, ADA at grade rail crossing, bollards, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous construction. General Scope includes demolition of existing and construction of new track.
