Browns Hill Road Sewer Pump Station Replacement - Plumbing Pittsburgh Water is requesting bids for the Browns Hill Road Sewer Pump Station Replacement -Plumbing Contract. The scope of work generally includes construction of plumbing piping, fixtures, and drain lines within new pumping station building; Plumbing piping entering the building within five feet outside the building and all connections to the site piping (to be coordinated with General Contractor); Installation of an eye wash station; Demolition of existing plumbing fixtures, piping, and drains in the existing pump station and any associated work related to installation of the gas service line; Coordinate with sequence of work for other Contracts (1-General, 2-Electrical, 3-HVAC); and all other procurement/installation/demolition/etc. work identified as the Plumbing Contractor's responsibility in the Contract Documents. Question Deadline 08/11/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Deadline to submit Questions electronically completed and ready for final payment no later than __395__ days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
