New construction of an industrial development in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 32,360-square-foot industrial development.
The Military Department received state funding and federal spending authority to design and construct a new Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS) to replace the 46-year-old non-compliant facility at the Montesano Readiness Center. This new VMS will be co-located with the Thurston County Readiness Center, built in 2022, in Tumwater. This Request for Qualifications is for the purpose of selecting an Architect for Design and Bid services for Tumwater Vehicle Maintenance Shop located at Tumwater, Thurston County, WA This scope of work includes design and bid services only. When construction funding is available, selected team may be asked to provide the Construction administration services. Project Description: MIL - Tumwater Vehicle Maintenance Shop - Washington Military Department. Questions Due Date: Never The preliminary Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) for this project is $30,329,600.
