Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services Cleveland County Water is a Sanitary District located in Cleveland County, North Carolina with over 22,000 active water service accounts and serving a population of approximately 60,000. The District is seeking professional engineering services consistent with North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31 for the Interconnection between Cleveland County Water and the Town Of Grover to include the following scope of work: Design, bidding and construction oversight of Cleveland County Water and Town Of Grover Interconnection site work. Awards will be made to the responsible and most qualified firm whose qualifications are aligned with the District's project and strategic objectives. Evaluation and selection factors include: Familiarity with the project, CCW, and Cleveland County, NC. Experience with the water system improvement projects as outlined with the current firm/team. Professional personnel Experience Availability The District reserves the right to accept a firm that is most advantageous to the District.
