The WallingfordSwarthmore School District is requesting Proposals from Construction Management firms that have experience with large school construction projects. Sealed Bids are being requested for the above Construction management, project oversight and related services. The district is seeking Proposals from Construction Management firms to provide preconstruction phase, construction phase, and close out phase services associated with an addition/renovation project at Strath Haven High School, with the option to extend services to other elements of the WSSD adopted long-range capital plan. With the issuance of this RFP, the District is inviting construction management firms to provide professional services for construction management and other construction related services necessary for this project. The scope of work will include development, implementation and oversight of a plan for construction of an addition and renovations at Strath Haven High School which will likely include the following: 1. Remove existing modular classrooms; provide additional educational space to meet programmatic priorities. 2. Reconfigure and renovate Library, Guidance, Tech Support, Pool & Locker Rooms, Fitness Center, Team Rooms, Pilot Restroom, STEM/Tech Ed spaces 3. Address Warm-Safe-Dry items in remaining sections of the building: Roofing, Elevators, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection (Sprinkler) System, Electrical Distribution, Lighting, Low Voltage Systems, HVAC & associated mechanical, electrical, & general systems (Ceilings, Casework, Flooring as required).
