Project Description: Demolition and construction of two dugouts at the High School softball fields. Alternate work to provide metal roof panels on existing High School baseball field dugouts. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and labor and material Payment Bond for the full amount of the bid accepted. Your offer will be required to be submitted un-der a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. Contractors will be re-turned to comply with all laws, including those relating to prevailing rate of - wages of the various s classes for work to be per-formed under the pro-posed contract as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, in accordance with Federal Labor - Standards provisions, US f Department of Labor. Schedule: Work to be performed complete by March 3rd, 2026. Access to site for contraction activities to begin on September 22nd, 2025 Your offer will be required to be submitted un-der a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. Contractors may be mailed sets for a separate nonrefundable $100 fee. No partial sets will be distributed. Deposit checks will be returned to Bidders who return the con-tractor documents to the Architect in good condition, within ten (10) days after the opening of the bids. Electronic copies may be obtained free of charge. There will be a Pre-bid Meeting at project site at 10:00 am. Interested con-tractors should attend this Voluntary Pre-bid Meeting.
