A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Advanced metering infrastructure improvements the major construction items include Base bid: installation of advanced metering infrastructure (ami) antenna mounted on existing borough water storage tank, ami Base station and all required equipment, cable, programing and other incidental work appurtenant thereto. All equipment must work with borough's sensus smart points meters and radio transceiver units. The base bid shall also include annual hosting fee year one with data analytics. Alternate bids: annual hosting fee with data analytics for year two up to five years. Alternate bids 1-4 Bid must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) ofthe amount bid, providing said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. Bidders are required to conform to all provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, the Prevailing Wage Act and the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127. The Borough ofRocky Hill Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid inuring to the benefit ofthe Borough ofRocky Hill. Dccuments notes payment for the cost ofpreparation in the amount of $75.00 (plus Postage ifmailed), which is non-refundable, is required at the time ofpurchase.
