Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Rocky Hill, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.

Question Deadline 09/10/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Robert Martucci , P.E. Martucci Engineering LLC (rmartucci@martucciengllc.com) Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Base Bid Drilling and Testing of a Test Well located at 1 Young Drive Rocky Hill, New Jersey. This well will ultimately serve as a backup well for the current Well #2 located on the property. Contract to include drilling of the well by a master well driller, installation of temporary pump, 4-hour step draw down test and 72-hour testing for water quantity. Samples also to be taken for NJDEP primary and secondary drinking water standards. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
