The Work Under This Contract Includes Construction of Approximately 1,880 Linear Feet of 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 Water Main Including Service Relays, and Water Construction Staking; 418 Linear Feet of 8 Sanitary Sewer Construction, 580 Linear Feet of 8 Sanitary Sewer Cipp Lining Installation, Including Sanitary Sewer Lateral Reconnections, Sanitary Sewer Spot Repairs, and Sanitary Manhole Construction; Storm Sewer Lateral Reconnections, Inlet Leads, Storm Sewer Inlets, and Storm Manhole Construction; 7,250 Cubic Yards of Excavation, 2,000 Cubic Yards of 11/4 Crushed Aggregate Base Course, 2,800 Cubic Yards of Breaker Run, 14,000 Square Yards of Concrete Pavement With Integral Curb & Gutter, and 20,200 Square Feet of Concrete Sidewalk and Driveway Reconstruction; Traffic Signal Replacement and Pavement Marking; Construction Staking, and Restoration. Est. Completion Date: Dec. 5, 2025 for that purpose and issued to the specific bidder by the Director of Public Works together a bid bond equal to at least five (5) but not more than ten (10) percent of the bid payable to the City of Green Bay as a guarantee that if his/her bid is accepted, he/she will execute and file the contract and a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid within ten (10) days after the award of the contract The City of Green Bay, Wisconsin reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
