All Lead Abatement work shall be performed in compliance with HUD 2012 edion. This includes but is not limited to necessary worker protecon, cleaning faciliOes, occupant and property protecon, etc. Bids shall include clearance tesng costs; any retesng resulng from a failed clearance shall be at the Contractors cost. 2. All workers shall comply with CALOSHA and CDPH safety standards for Lead abatement and Construcon. 3. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying exisng condions before submission of bids. 4. The Contractor is responsible to submit RFIs for any scope of work that requires clarificaon. LACDA shall review and provide a wrien response within three business days. 5. Any scope of work that requires replacement of the items shall conform with the technical specificaons provided. Items not included in the technical specificaons shall be submied separately for LACDA Inspector review and approval. The LACDA inspector may requests addional cut sheets and submials as required. The inspector shall provide a wrien review response within three business days.
