Scope of Work: The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as described in detail in the Bidding and Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications to construct the project. Major work components include grinding and/or lateral sawcutting existing concrete sidewalks, removing and replacing existing concrete sidewalks and all related work as per plans and specification. All questions regarding this bid shall be directed via email, no later than 10 calendar days before the bid opening date and time and to the person specified in Section A - Notice Inviting Bids. Any question received after the above deadline will not be responded. See Sample Contract for the required bond forms. Location of Work: The project is located at various streets within the City of Cudahy, as shown on Appendix B - Repair Locations. The project shall be completed within 20 working days of the effective date of City's Notice to Proceed. See Section B. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity, and to take all bids under advisement for a period of 90 calendar days.
