Scope of Work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as described in detail in the Bidding and Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications to construct the project. No bid will be received unless it is made on a proposal form furnished by the City. All bid forms including all schedules attached thereto must be filled in and completed. Copies of the Bidding and Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications can be obtained by emailing your request with your contact information to the provided email address. Upon receipt, you will be registered as a plan holder and a pdf file of the documents will be emailed at no cost. Hard copies will not be mailed. Bids must be accompanied by cash or a certified check or a cashier's check or bidder's bond, made payable to the City for an amount no less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. Contractors must possess a Class A-General Engineering Contractor valid California Contractor's License. The successful contractor and subcontractors will be required to possess business licenses from the City. All Bidders and listed subcontractors must be currently registered with the California State Department of Industrial Relations prior to submitting a Bid.
