Renovation of a multi-residential development in Glenrock, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

**As of September 16th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Removal of existing timber retaining walls. Earthwork and installation of new precast block retaining walls. Installation of precast concrete fencing, staircase, and storm sewer. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of (30) days after the date set for opening thereof. The Glenrock Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding; provided, however, that any bid received after the time specified or without accompanying Bid Guaranty, as stated below, will not be considered.
