Selective demolition of existing building components as indicated. 2. Removal and disposal of demolished materials. 1. Structural wood framing. 2. Wood blocking and nailers. 3. Sheathing. 1. Preparation of existing roof surfaces for reroofing. 2. Protection of existing building components during re roofing operations. Questions Due Date: Aug 27th 2025, 2:00 PM EDT. A cashier's check, or an acceptable Bidder's Bond, payable to South Central Transit Authority, 45 Erick Road, Lancaster, PA in an amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany the bid. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100 percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. No submissions may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the due date set for the RFP. SCTA reserves the right to postpone, to accept or reject any and all bids from any vendor, its predecessor, successor or assigned that SCTA/RRTA/BARTA deems a non-responsible bidder, at its sole discretion, based upon prior experience with that bidder, predecessor, successor or assign.
