The District plans to begin this project in early November 2025 and anticipates completion by April 30, 2026. SCOPE OF WORK General Requirements 1. Respondents must be manufacturer authorized and certified in the sale, integration, and support for all installed equipment and systems. 2. Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) shall be integrated along with new product. Reliability and ease of use are the primary design considerations. 3. Major equipment technology such as Crestron, Shure, QSYS, and VIZRT. are not to be substituted. 4. Respondents to provide a quotation for 2 years of technical engineering service support for all installed systems beyond the initial one-year warranty period. 5. Vendor to provide at least 8 hours of Training for each of the Forbes and Rummonds systems, 2 Hours of Training for the Board Conference Room, and 1 Hour for each of the Administrative and Human Resources Conference Rooms. 6.
