Grading And Earthwork, Hot Mix Asphalt Walkway, 5 1/2" Thick, Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick , Concrete Sidewalk, Reinforced, 6" Thick, Refurbish Existing Pavilion, Asphalt Shingle Roof for Existing Pavilion , Furnish And Install Site Lighting, Furnish And Install Electrical Service (Panelboard and Service Entry Conduits and Conductors), Furnish And Install Wiring Devices, Fertilizing, Seeding and Straw Mulching Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, Proposal Bond, or eBond for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a maximum of $20,000.00. Such certification is to be without condition or qualification, and the check made payable to The Township of Middletown. Each bid must also be accompanied by an agreement to become Surety, properly executed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and which agreement shall be attached to the proposal.
