This will be to remove old plaster, repair or replace faulty brick, resurface all areas with new \nplaster, scrape and prepare windows and all walls to be primed and painted white.", "The City of Fremont, Nebraska, invites companies who are qualified in the field of airport hangar brick and mortar repair and replacement and construction to bid for Hangar D, as well as the brick portion of the maintenance hangar/shop; located at 1201 W 23rd St. Fremont, Nebraska. Every request for such interpretation should be made to Cari Hoffart, (402) 727-2691, or emailed to the Street Superintendent/Airport Manager at the address given in the Notice to Bidders, and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Fremont Municipal Airport Brick Hangar Re-surfacing and Repairs Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or a bank draft on a solvent Nebraska bank insured by FDIC or a bid bond in the amount not less the five percent (5%) of the bid price. The contractor shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in a sum equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, for a period of two (2) years past the completion of the project.
