The City of Burlingame wishes to establish a contractual relationship to provide On-Call Card Access Security System Services on an on-call basis as needed by the City. Specifically, we are inviting companies to provide their hourly labor rates (prevailing wage) for On-Call Card Access Security System Services at City facilities. Services will include maintenance, as well as, emergency call outs. The contract will extend through June 30, 2028 with two 1-year renewal options (commencing on July 1st) at the election of the City and services are not to exceed $25,000 per fiscal year. The contract is for "on-call services as needed" and is not a guarantee that the City will contact you to perform these services.
